Personal development refers to those activities that improve a person’s talents, potential, employability, consciousness, and the ability to realize dreams and create wealth. In short, it’s what you do to improve yourself and your prospects in life.

In this developmental planner you will find:

Strengths: We do not focus much on these on a daily basis! If I asked you to list 20 strengths right now? Would you be able to? You see according to Marcus Buckingham (Strengths finder guru) we focus too much on our weakness and forget to use our natural strengths.

Weakness: Things you know you are not that great in. Why do we list these? We all need to improve, learn & grow.

Audio/Books: I try to complete at least 2 books a week, learning from others and empowering yourself with knowledge is the key to success. I tend to be on the roads a lot so I use, check them out.

Online Courses: Once a month I try and challenge myself to complete an online course, currently busy with a productivity course. You see, you need to always be learning to stay relevant in your industry. This is where I find awesome courses
